#MadeGreatInGrimsby Patron Sponsor Youngsters’ Hockey Team

Grimsby based Pelagia Limited, a founder partner of #MadeGreatInGrimsby, have sponsored the Grimsby Tornado’s under 16s ice hockey team.
Mike Hyrckowian, General Manager at Pelagia commented. “Pelagia are delighted to support this team and pleased they’re using the #MadeGreatInGrimsby logo on their shirts.”
Mark Gray, Head Coach of the team went on to say “Grimsby Ice Hockey Club have been decimated by Covid-19 to the extent that we currently only have one team in the UK junior leagues. The benefits of exercise and teamworking for young people don’t need to be explained. As head coach for Grimsby Ice Hockey Club, I’m trying, with the help of other coaches, to get more girls and boys from Grimsby and the surrounding area to take up ice hockey and get a team in every age group from under 12s to under 18s. This, however, comes at a cost as each team alone for home and away shirts cost £1000”
The Grimsby Tornado’s team play up and down the UK and are watched by hundreds of people who will now see the #MadeGreatInGrimsby logo.
